4. Full inspection after burn-in: to make sure every unit with high temperature resistance, with power ,no bomb unit, no high voltage, no low voltage, no bad led indicator, etc 

5. Finished products full inspection: to make sure every unit with power, no high voltage, no low voltage, no bad led indicator, low ripple, with right cables , no bad ultrasonic bonding, etc 

6. Visual full inspection: to make sure no scratched case, no cracked wires ,no missing screw, no label misaligned, etc

2 sampling inspection:

IQC (incoming quality control): according to AQL-MIL-STD-105E level II standard

OQC (outgoing quality control): according to AQL-MIL-STD-105E level II standard.

100% full load burn-in test for 1 hour, doing shock test per 10 minutes for 20 second
